BlueEye Luxury LLC Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Blue Eye Luxury. We are committed to providing unforgettable travel experiences across Greece, whether by land or sea.

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our services. All prices and refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR), depending on the payment method.

1. General Terms

All guided tours and experiences organized by Blue Eye Luxury require full payment at the time of booking. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available for cancellations of guided tours (including sailing experiences) sold directly through our website and are subject to the following schedule:

  • Cancellations made at least 90 days prior to the scheduled departure date: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made between 60–89 days prior to the scheduled departure date: 25% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled departure date: No refund

Refunds are not available for tours booked via third-party providers or for commission-based services such as rentals, unless otherwise stated by the third party.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are excluded from refunds:

  • Private and exclusive multi-day tours
  • Custom or bespoke itineraries
  • Sailing experiences organized by Blue Eye Luxury
  • Deposits paid for private or customized tours

4. Force Majeure and Safety Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, weather conditions, or health and safety concerns. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please submit your request in writing via email to [email protected], including your full name, booking reference number, and reason for the cancellation. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the scheduled departure date.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • Processing time is 7 to 10 business days
  • Funds will be returned via the original method of payment
  • You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed

7. Abuse and Fraud Policy

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases where abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
