2. Who plans the trips?
All travel experiences and tours are personally curated by the founder of Blue Eye Luxury, who has extensive experience in the hospitality industry and often joins as a personal guide during our exclusive tours.
3. Do you only offer trips in Greece?
While our core expertise lies in Greece, particularly the islands and authentic cultural experiences, our base is in Miami. Thanks to our strong network there, we also assist with yacht rentals, luxury home rentals, reservations, and exclusive experiences in both Greece and Miami.

6. How do your exclusive tours work?
Our exclusive tours are usually 10-day curated experiences for a limited number of guests. They include private yacht accommodations, luxury stays, local activities, professional photography, and a dedicated guide.
The process begins with the client filling out a short form to introduce themselves, this helps us verify that we’re speaking with a real person and tailor the experience accordingly. Once the form is submitted, we reach out directly to move forward with availability checks, detailed planning, and payment.
Full payment is required upon booking, as the reservation process involves securing multiple high-demand services (yachts, villas, transfers, etc.) in advance. This ensures everything runs smoothly and meets our luxury standards.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
- Up to 90 days before the trip: 50% refund
- 60–89 days before: 25% refund
- Less than 60 days before: no refund
- This policy applies to all exclusive tours. For custom vacations, the cancellation terms of each provider apply.
8. Can I book just a one-day experience?
Absolutely! Through our local partners, we can arrange single-day experiences such as private boat trips, jetski rides, professional photo sessions, and local cultural activities in both Greece and Miami.
9. Do you book international flights?
No, clients are responsible for booking their international flights to Greece or Miami. However, we do assist with domestic flights (e.g., Athens – Mykonos) if included in your package.
10. Can I request a fully custom itinerary?
Yes! Every trip we plan is fully customized to your preferences, lifestyle, and travel goals. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, honeymoon, or just craving a unique escape, we’ll craft something truly one-of-a-kind.
11. Can I add services like a private chef, massage therapist, or driver?
Of course. As part of our concierge services, we can arrange for private chefs, wellness professionals, personal drivers, security, photographers, and more—depending on the destination and availability.
12. Can you assist with group travel or retreats?
Yes! We specialize in small group experiences and retreats, whether it’s a group of friends, a family celebration, or a brand activation. Let us handle the logistics so you can focus on enjoying.
13. Is travel insurance required?
We highly recommend all clients purchase comprehensive travel and medical insurance. For our exclusive tours, travel insurance is mandatory to protect both your experience and our service providers.
14. Do you work with influencers or content creators?

15. What’s the best time to travel to Greece or Miami?
Greece is ideal from May to October, with peak season in July–August. Miami is perfect year-round, but for the most vibrant events and beach vibes, December to April is your sweet spot.
16. How far in advance should I book?
For sailing tours and villa experiences, we recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance, especially during peak seasons. Last-minute requests may be possible depending on availability, but early booking ensures the best options.
17. What are the available payment methods?
Payments are not made directly through our website. Once your custom travel package is confirmed and approved, we will send you all the necessary payment details. We accept:
- Bank wire transferS
- Zelle (for U.S. Based clients)
- Wise or other trusted international money transfer platforms
- Stripe secure payment links, upon request.
Payment is only processed after final approval of your trip proposal and confirmation of your participation. In some cases, we may require ID verification for security purpose.
